Jerome has over 15 years of experience in the Health & Safety field, specializing in the Construction & Industrial sectors. Jerome has extensive experience as an EHS Manager, Sr. Safety Advisor/ Trainer, Safety Specialist/Rescuer, and Firefighter/EMT. He is certified as a Gold Seal Construction Safety Coor

Jerome has over 15 years of experience in the Health & Safety field, specializing in the Construction & Industrial sectors. Jerome has extensive experience as an EHS Manager, Sr. Safety Advisor/ Trainer, Safety Specialist/Rescuer, and Firefighter/EMT. He is certified as a Gold Seal Construction Safety Coordinator, Certified Health & Safety Officer by IHSA, Certified NFPA Firefighter/Rescuer, EMT as well as multiple Train the Trainer Certifications. He has obtained COR certifications by IHSA that enabled him to lead a large multi trade company to achieve COR Certification. Jerome has proven to adapt and excel in any environment, and can communicate effectively with all persons, whether it be unionized tradesman or top executives.
