Packages

Innovative Health & Safety Solutions (IHSS) has created a package system to minimize costs and to maximize the Health & Safety (H&S) performance of their clients. All of these packages when followed will ensure full compliance of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OH&S Act) and the Ministry of Labour (MOL) Regs. To obtain and sustain compliance clients must maintain their H&S Program. All of IHSS packages listed below are based on a 1-year contract. We will work with you through out the year to maintain that level of safety. After the initial year IHSS will review the needs of their clients to maintain and grow a safety culture with our assistance year after year.

Review & Advise Package "A"

COR Certification Package "C"

Revamp or Create Package "B"

This package is meant for an organization that already has a sound H&S program in place and would like a third party to review and advise on that H&S program. This package does not include any written material, except for inspection reports.

Package will include:

- Review of existing H&S Program and advise on updates.

- Review last 3 years of H&S stats and advise on path forward.

- Review in house training material and advise on updates.

- Advise on WSIB matters

- One 4hr visit per month to conduct inspections and advise on safety matters.

- Two training sessions per year. Client to pick from listed courses.

(Note full day course will count as two sessions.)

Revamp or Create Package "B"

COR Certification Package "C"

Revamp or Create Package "B"

This package is meant for an organization that needs assistance with updating or creating a H&S program. All existing H&S Material will be reviewed and recreated.

Package will include:

- Review existing H&S Program, advise and rewrite or update program.

- Review last 3 years of H&S stats, advise on path forward and create new stats documents.

- Review in house training material and advise on updates.

- Create updated Orientation, WHMIS, Supervisor Training.

- Maintain the H&S program week to week, including but not limited to:

- Updating H&S Stats, Updating 3rd Party Pre-Qualifications, Review Accident / Incident Reports, Ongoing Questions Concerns regarding H&S, etc...

- Advise and assist in WSIB management

- One 8hr or Two 4hr visits per month to conduct inspections and advise on safety matters.

- Four training sessions per year. Client to pick from listed courses.

(Note full day course will count as two sessions.)

COR Certification Package "C"

This package is meant for an organization that is looking to obtain COR Certification by IHSA. All existing H&S Material will be reviewed and recreated to meet COR Certification requirements.

Package will include:

- Review existing H&S Program, advise and rewrite or update program to COR standard.

- Review last 3 years of H&S stats, advise on path forward and create new stats documents.

- Review training material and advise on updates.

- Create updated Orientation, WHMIS, Supervisor Training.

- Maintain the H&S program week to week, including but not limited to:

- Updating H&S Stats, Updating 3rd Party Pre-Qualifications, Review Accident / Incident Reports, Ongoing Questions Concerns regarding H&S, etc...

- Advise and assist in WSIB management

- One 8hr or Two 4hr visits per month to conduct inspections, COR Audits and advise on safety matters.

- Six training sessions per year. Client to pick from listed courses.
